If you choose to contact us, you will receive an introductory email from the referral coordinator.  In the introductory email, you will be asked for information about yourself and if interested you will be given time options for a free 15 minute consultation to see which therapist is best suited for your needs.  You can also feel free to request which therapist you are interested in working with if you have one in mind.

Once you have decided who you want to work with, the referral coordinator will gather your information and schedule you with your therapist.  Upon being scheduled you will be sent a link for your telehealth session.  Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, all sessions will be held via telehealth.  You will be sent intake paperwork via email to be completed and uploaded before your first visit.
