She collaborates with you to treat whatever is on your list of priorities; examples include helping with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, Autism, school issues, depression, DID, low self-esteem or career goals.

In session, Christina uses a variety of modalities to support deep change on a neurobiological level including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic psychology, nature-based therapy, and integrative neuroscience.

Currently, Christina is earning a certificate in applied neuropsychotherapy. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor sports and travel.
