Milla Dosreis
The clients I serve often include adults navigating trauma, life transitions, and complex emotional experiences. I am especially passionate about supporting culturally diverse individuals, immigrant families, and those impacted by high-acuity diagnoses such as PTSD, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder.
Hey! I’m Milla, a dedicated psychotherapist with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina A&T State University. Aggie Pride! My work is rooted in providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care that honors each client’s lived experience.
My therapeutic style blends evidence-based and relational approaches, drawing from Relational-Cultural Theory, Gestalt Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and inner child/developmental trauma work. I focus on strengthening emotional regulation, building self-awareness, exploring attachment patterns, and helping clients create healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, safe, and supported as they work toward healing, clarity, and long-term resilience.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me soaking up the sun, running, traveling, or dancing the night away with friends.
