Milla Dosreis
Hey! I’m Milla, a dedicated psychotherapist with a background in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina A&T State University. Aggie Pride!
I’m passionate about working with young adults navigating transitional stages, while welcoming clients of all ages and genders. I especially value supporting immigrant families, culturally diverse individuals, and those who have experienced trauma. My therapeutic style blends evidence-based practices with holistic, culturally rooted approaches.
I draw from Relational-Cultural Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy, while integrating systems work, NTU psychotherapy, and Eastern and African healing techniques such as chakra balancing, energy work, and inner child work. These approaches help clients build self-awareness, foster resilience, restore balance, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their inner essence.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me soaking up the sun, running, traveling to new places, or dancing the night away with friends.
